Accessibility Statement

Pathé is committed to making its websites and mobile applications compliant with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

To this end, Pathé is implementing the following strategy and actions:

  • 2026: progressive integration of accessibility requirements from the design and development phase of the new site
  • Q4 2026: planning of an RGAA audit
  • 2027: analysis of RGAA audit results and prioritization of corrections to be made
  • 2028: continuation of continuous improvement actions, with regular monitoring of corrections

This accessibility statement applies to www.pathe.com.

Compliance Status

The site pathe.com is not compliant with the general accessibility improvement framework (RGAA), version 4, as no compliance audit has been carried out. As the site is being redesigned, the audit will be scheduled when the new site goes live.
